The Watergate Hotel is ECP’s latest hotel management project poised to create an original luxury experience for the world’s most discerning leisure and business travelers. A true American icon situated on the banks of the Potomac River and just steps away from the capital’s chic Georgetown neighborhood, The Watergate Hotel will create an original luxury experience for the world’s most discerning leisure and business travelers. Originally designed by Italian architect Luigi Moretti in 1961, the hotel made waves with its groundbreaking contemporary style and quickly came to epitomize the fabulous lifestyle and sophistication of its time.
The Hamilton Crowne Plaza Washington D.C. hotel is located in Washington D.C.’s renowned K Street Corridor. A restored 1920’s boutique style hotel, the property was part of a $20 million renovation and development project. The hotel was sold in 1997.
15 & 25 K Street embodies a hotel real estate development’s ideal blend of efficiency, security, aesthetics, and sustainability. Designed by award-winning WDG Architecture, the building evokes formality in a modern world — warm, contemporary design draws from nature to create an inviting atmosphere. In the lobby, glass, steel, granite and wood gracefully coexist with an elegant, soft-flow water feature and naturally lit spaces. Thanks to an outstanding full height curtain wall atrium/lightwell, almost 100 percent of the office area is within 45 feet from windows and access to daylight, allowing for a more pleasing work environment. The state-of-the-art fitness center and retail shops allow for guests to keep entertained while on-the-go.
Strategically situated in the heart of the city center, the recently renovated Le Patio Saint Antoine is within easy walking distance of Paris’ most popular attractions: the Bastille, Nation Square, Marais, the Opera and Place des Vosges. The hotel’s fashionable Rue Du Faubourg address also places it a stone’s throw from the city’s trendiest boutiques.
Located in the heart of La Marais, one of Paris’ trendiest districts, brimming with art galleries, chic restaurants and designer boutiques, the luxurious Jardins du Marais boutique hotel is close to many historic landmarks, including the Place des Vosges, the Musee Picasso, the Carnavalet Museum, and the Bastille. A haven in the center of the city, the Jardins du Marais has 265 fully renovated rooms and suites overlooking lush private gardens, which add charm and character to this “little village” and create an ideal setting for leisurely strolls. With its contemporary décor, the lounge bar and restaurant are perfect for business meetings or stylish events.
In the late 1990s Euro Capital Properties acquired the land and initiated the development of the Hilton Arc De Triomphe. This project is recognized as one of the most extraordinary hotel real estate development deals in the last 20 years in the Golden Triangle of Paris. Today the 507 room, 5-star Hôtel du Collectionneur transports guests to a world of pure luxury with its truly stunning, magical Art Deco decor, relaxing Spa and Andalusian-style patio garden. The hotel’s 1930s art deco style is meant to be reminiscent of transatlantic cruise liners, designer and architect Jacques Garcia and Alexandre Danan brought art deco flourishes to nearly every detail of the hotel.
